The story of Otmani saladsfactory in Tamra city in the Western Galilee began in 1968, when our Grandfather Otman Diab has opened a small restaurant near his home. The menu included a variety of poultry parts that were grilled with a special and secret seasoning, it was served with Tahini with a special concocted flavor and seasoning. third generation of the family expanded the activity beyond the restaurant and Tahina, in 1999 the Otmani salads Factory was established, with variety of chilled salads from fresh vegetables produced by Israeli farmers and homemade flavors.
